Atlantic Salmon Portions with their skin on - perfect to pan fry or oven bake.

Cooking Guide

Pan Fry: Preheat a non-stick fry pan with 5ml of olive oil to medium heat. Place Salmon Portion in pan cooking 2 - 3 minutes each side, turning only once.

Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 180°C. Place Salmon Portion in baking dish and cover with tinfoil. Using the centre of the oven, place baking dish in oven and cook for 14 - 15 minutes, turning only once.
