Fish Burgers in a Crispy Crumb
Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 220°C (or 190°C fan forced). Place frozen fish on a pre-heated baking tray and bake for 22 – 24 minutes (or 20 – 22 minutes fan forced) or until golden brown, turning over halfway through cooking.
Pan Fry: Preheat lightly oiled frypan to low temperature. Place frozen fish in frypan and cook for 8 – 10 minutes. Turn occasionally. Drain well before serving.
Serve on a fresh sourdough bun with lettuce leaves, tomato slices and a generous dollop of tartare sauce
