Fish Cakes in a Golden Crumb - Value Pack
Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 220°C (or 190°C fan forced). Place frozen fish cakes on a pre-heated baking rack and bake for 14 – 16 minutes or until golden brown, turning halfway through cooking.
Pan Fry: Preheat lightly oiled frypan to low temperature. Place frozen fish cakes in frypan and cook for 6 – 8 minutes. Turn occasionally. Drain well before serving.
Deep Fry: Preheat oil to 180°C. Deep fry frozen fish cakes for 4 – 5 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve with a classic medley of steamed vegetables.
