Pacific West Fish Fillets in a Crispy Batter are produced from the finest skinless fillets, snap frozen to retain freshness and dipped in our unique crispy batter.

Cooking Guide

Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 220ºC (or 190ºC fan forced). Place frozen fish on a preheated baking rack and bake for 26 - 28 minutes or until golden brown, turning over halfway through cooking.

Pan Fry: Preheat lightly oiled frypan to low temperature. Place frozen fish in frypan and cook for 15 - 17 minutes. Turn occasionally. Drain well before serving.

Serve with a classic medley of steamed vegetables.
