Pacific West Fish Fillets in a Tempura Batter are produced from specially selected natural fish fillets, snap frozen at sea to retain freshness. They are then dipped in our authentic tempura batter to give a delicious and unique taste.

Cooking Guide

Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 220ºC (or 190ºC fan forced). Place frozen fish on a preheated baking rack and bake for 26 - 28 minutes or until golden brown, turning over halfway through cooking.

Pan Fry: Preheat lightly oiled frypan to low temperature. Place frozen fish in frypan and cook for 15 - 17 minutes. Turn occasionally. Drain well before serving.

Serve with hand cut chips, classic tartare sauce and a wedge of lemon to garnish.
