Pacific West Lemon Pepper Fish Cocktails are produced from specially selected natural fish fillets, snap frozen to retain freshness. They are then dipped in our unique lemon pepper coating for a delicious taste sensation.

Cooking Guide

Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 220°C. Place frozen fish on a preheated baking rack and bake for 20 – 22 minutes or until golden brown, turning halfway through cooking.

Pan Fry: Preheat lightly oiled frypan to low temperature. Place frozen fish in frypan and cook for 12 – 14 minutes. Turn occasionally. Drain well before serving.

Serve with a garden salad, lemon wedges and your favourite dipping sauce.
