Delicious Lemon Pepper Salmon Portions with their skin on - perfect to pan fry or oven bake.

Cooking Guide

Pan Fry: Preheat a non-stick fry pan with 5ml of olive oil to a medium heat. Place Salmon Portion in pan, skin side down, cooking for 2 minutes. Turn and cook for a further minute. To finish cooking, place Salmon portion in baking dish and place in a preheated oven at 180°C for a further 8 - 10 minutes.

Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 180°C. Place Salmon Portion in baking dish and cover with tinfoil. Place baking dish in the centre of the oven and cook for 14 - 15 minutes turning only once.
