Tasty Saltwater Barramundi Portions with their skin on - perfect to pan fry, oven bake or steam!

Cooking Guide

Pan Fry: Preheat a non-stick fry pan with 5ml of olive oil to medium heat. Place Barramundi Portion in pan, cooking for 2 - 3 minutes each side, turning only once.

Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 180°C. Place Barramundi Portion in baking dish and cover with tinfoil. Place the baking dish in the centre of the oven and cook for 14 - 15 minutes, turning only once.

Steam: Add Barramundi to a steamer, and cook for 9 - 10 minutes, or until cooked through.
