Pacific West South American Flathead Fillets in a Crispy Batter are snap frozen to retain freshness and then dipped in a unique crispy batter.

Cooking Guide

Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 220ºC (or 190ºC fan forced). Place fish on a pre-heated baking tray and bake for 24 - 26 minutes (or 22 - 24 minutes fan forced) or until golden brown, turning over halfway through cooking.

Pan Fry: Preheat a lightly oiled frypan to a low temperature. Place frozen fish in frypan and cook for 8 – 10 minutes. Turn occasionally. Drain well before serving.

Serve with a traditional Greek salad and garlic aioli
