Cooking Guide

Pan Fry: Preheat a non-stick fry pan with 5ml of olive oil to medium heat. Place Tuna Steak in pan, cooking for 3 - 4 minutes each side, turning only once.

BBQ: Heat a non-stick grill pan or chargrill plate to a high heat. Rub Tuna Steak with olive oil and place on to the grill for 3 - 4 minutes each side, turning only once.
